The most common questions and answers
The following indications (payments / deliveries and timing / order confirmations / booking / delivery times, etc. and faq) and represent the questions we receive more frequently.

Why do you sell the seeds by number?
Because we follow the European Norm for rare / ancient / out-of-scope, which is very restrictive and regulated: the seeds can only be sold in sufficient numbers for a personal vegetable garden.
Also remember that the quantities are always very limited and we do not use wholesalers but we also buy by number.
What kind of seed distributed?
Both ancient seeds intended for amateurs, for mutual agricultural help and intended for sale for purposes and non-commercial use (organic heterogeneous material) and traditional seeds.
Sowing indications: they are purely indicative and must be reconsidered always in relation to the area where the seeds will be sown.
When will you answer me at the email?
In principle from Monday to Friday in working hours while Saturday, Sunday and Feasts we are not operational.
No need to send multiple emails.
When is the high season?
High Season: From November to July
What happens in the High Season?
Processing times are generally less than 48 hours.
However, in high season, receiving many orders, the times can be extended without notice
Can I force seeds by sowing them before the indicated month?
We do not want to recommend it: they must be sown in the indicated season, at the temperatures indicated for maximum yield.
With ancient seeds you have to learn patience, rather than buying lamps and light bulbs: mother nature is not fooled!
And if they were not born to me, why?
All the seeds are tested and they broadly comply with the legal requirements.
They are the same seeds that we seed, nurseries and thousands of customers with satisfaction for years.
Seeds are living beings and need specific conditions (heat, humidity, light, seasonality, oxygen, soil quality, etc.) to germinate.
Mother nature is not much of a wide sleeve: every seed is born only and exclusively if the conditions are suitable for the re-production of the species, otherwise they will not be born.
We do not have old seeds or low germinabilita ': we know what we distribute, unfortunately at the same time, we can not know how to control how seeds are sown.
Simply follow the instructions that are sent, item by item, on the invoice.
How and when can I pay by bank transfer?
Do you put the seeds away in the meantime?
Bank tansfer payments in the mail should be made within 3 (three) days.
The seeds are not put away during this time, until payment is made.
It can therefore happen that some seeds are no longer available, in which case they will be reimbursed.
It is mandatory to send an email indicating the confirmation of payment, so as to be counted and the seeds sent in preparation.
Payment details are sent with a separate email.
If you do not confirm the payment by email, the order remains on hold and is not shipped.
When the payment will be recorded (within 24 hours, not during weekends / holidays) you will receive an automatic email to update you on the new status (order in process).
The same is also visible by accessing your account / my orders.
We receive many orders, every day, the accounting is always done by hand, you will receive an email as soon as it is recorded (sometimes it takes some time as payments are processed in order of arrival and in high season you enter the queue ').

How can I pay with a credit card?
In case of credit card the payment is made online, through the form that appears at the time during the check out
Did not the copy of the order confirmation arrive?
Check them in the Spam folder, sometimes for some reason they end up there.
In any case, by accessing your account, you will see the orders placed, the processing status and also the shipping date.
What are the delivery times?
When do you ship?
In low season within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
In High and Very High season (November - July) times may be slightly higher.
We can not quantify them as they depend on the quantity of orders received (remember that we do everything by hand), however, we do our best to serve you quickly.
This processing time should be added to transit times (shipping)
How long does it take in transit?
remembering that for working days we mean from Monday to Friday, excluding the shipping day and that the times are always indicative and out of our control, since we are not carriers, but they are 7/15 working days approximately -
Orders received or paid on Friday will be processed from the following Monday and then sent as indicated in the link.
The transit must be added to the processing times, not to be forgotten.
I did not get the order shipped with P.I., how can I do?
Orders are searched for by P. I. only after 10 working days: please contact us only after this date.
Festivities, pre-holidays and possible strikes affect the delivery days, please bear this in mind.
I need an invoice, how can I do?
Each order is accompanied by an invoice (Invoice), which also contains sowing instructions.
Do you send by COD or can I pay by bank transfer?
We do not ship to COD.
Yes, transfers are possible, thanks.
Do I find sowing information?
Can you customize them?
At the moment we can not implement the information already entered. The basic cultivation indications are on the invoice, item by item.
However, we advise newbies to buy a good book or to attend the forums (even groups on Facebook) to learn the basics of gardening.

Do you send me the catalog on paper?
We do not have paper catalogs but it's all online: we prefer to save the trees :)
